Background
When words divide, art unites. Across Haiti's ten departments, artists and cultural organizations transformed creativity into a powerful instrument for peace. Through 37 artistic initiatives—from theatre and music to painting and dance—youth used expression to challenge violence and promote human rights. The movement culminated in national media campaigns that spread messages of unity and respect across the country.
